Recent Updates

  • Foyer doors were replaced in March.
  • The Gym is in good shape.  
    • Bathrooms and walk-through hallway remain to be completed.
    • Northeast corner door section to be repaired/replaced (floor covering company is covering expense).
  • The trees have been removed on the north side. Tree stumps to be moved from property.  Parking lot drain area completed and available for use.  
  • Parking lot black topping being investigated to be included in 2025.
  • Some work has been done in the Worship Center to prepare for the south bump-out, including footers poured for beam structure.  
  • Parco to start south side bump-out in May, 2024. 
    • Beam needs to be in place prior (April target).
    • We are responsible for dry wall, stage, heating and electric.
  • Phase 2 North Bump-out drawings are in process.
  • Phase 2 Target Start:  2025
