Foyer Update:
• Rough Electric has been completed and inspection has been done.
• Heat Units have been installed, wired in and ready to run.

Week of 1/12 work:
• Remove the temporary wall in foyer and work on the wall insulation.
• Wire in the fire alarm units. Mark light, switch and heat locations preparing for insulation and drywall work.
• Ceiling Insulation will be installed on Monday 1/19 by contractor.

Work to be completed in-house:
• Begin Drywall Install of the Foyer Ceiling  1/24.
• Begin Drywall Install of the Foyer Walls  1/24 (as the ceiling is done).
• Spray Foam for windows and any cracks.
• Drywall mudding can begin (Contractor).
• Installation of new Doors (9) (The doors are scheduled to arrive the end of January):
4 in the Worship Center
1 in the Stage Storage Area
1 in the Existing Foyer
3 for the New Foyer
• Paint Priming can begin as drywall mudding is completed.

Concrete around porch (foyer) completed.
Water drains — gutters completed/repaired.
Blacktop binder — north side complete.
Exterior Lighting completed.
Canopy above the stage completed.
New stage mostly completed.
Trusses and roof added to new foyer.
Overhead lights installed in stage ceiling.
Stage drywall completed.
Construction on new foyer begun.
Plywood added to stage.
Siding and brick removed from north exterior wall.
New lights installed and diffusers added.
Sound boards mostly complete (waiting to move temporary stage).
Pillars mostly completed (waiting to move temporary stage).
Wall & ceiling painting completed.
Stage cavity opened up.
Ceiling painted.
Walls painted.
Drywall completed.
New stage started.
Drywall started in Worship Center.
Gym bathrooms completed.
New downspout and wider gutters installed on south side.
Parking lot paved and striped.
Storm sewer line and catch basins installed by the town.
Fire doors installed between Worship Center and Gym.
Siding and stone accents added to south side bump-out.
Air conditioning units for Worship Center installed.
Northeast corner door on Gym replaced.
Floor, roof, and walls constructed for south side bump-out.
Steel beam for south side bump-out is installed.
Foyer doors were replaced in March.
Gym complete.  
Bathrooms and walk-through hallway remain to be completed.
The trees have been removed on the north side.
Parking lot drain area completed and available for use.  
Parking lot black topping being investigated to be included in 2025.
Phase 2 North Bump-out drawings are in process.
